Brake-ing ?!

Ok someone really has to explain this to me.. someone reading this MUST be one of the people who do this...

You're driving along the highway, all's going well.. when suddenly, for no apparent reason, the person in front of you decides they want to hit the brakes.

Right, see, I drive an SUV and so I can see what's in front of that person.. NOTHING! There is no car in sight. What is it that possess these brake-loving people to just suddenly brake?!

Don't Drive in Colorado!

You know how they say that you shouldn't speed towards the end of the month because Police try to meet their quota then? Well, in Colorado, I would suggest you don't drive at all!

Police in Colorado have issued a '16 tickets per shift' quota! That's 2 tickets per hour. And, for those officers who don't meet the quota, they are questioned to find out why they have been 'slacking'.
